0165(2)(c) A charger cord was found in a cubby in the childcare space; there were multiple loose cords hanging down around childcare space including a phone charger, the Alexa charger, and the piano charger. They need to be removed or secured to the wall. On the yard porch were a variety of loose holiday light strings. A television cable on the side of the house is also loose and needs to be attached to the wall. 0165(2)(d) There are plastic bags in an unlocked cabinet in the kitchen. 1065(3)(a) There are several nails sticking out of the wooden fence in the yard; please hammer them in or cover them. 0165(3)(f) The tall puzzle shelf and the tall bookshelf need to be secured to the wall or removed. 0165(3)(g) The door handle on the back door is loose and needs to be secured. A broken plastic chair was observed in the yard. 0165(5)(a) The bathroom outlet is not Tamper Resistant. 0165(5)(c) Wiring for porch light area does not have any fixture or cover.
